Avoid Gerber at all costs. Ask your insurance company if there is an alternative. Had my car for 3 weeks to repair a small dent and passenger side rear view mirror. They promise to communicate with you during the repair, but do not do so. In addition, I kept getting told so many different repair completion dates that I could not keep track. I'm the one who had to initiate all the calls regarding status of my repair.

I was able to book an appointment in the morning for that same afternoon after running into my garage and ripping the bumper off the night before. I really just wanted to get a quote and get the bumper reattached, and didn't really care about the paint smears for cosmetics, just needed a quick and cheap fix. They were able to get my car in and reattach the bumper and get all the paint off of it in 20 minutes for NO CHARGE! Very personable, transparent, and kind people. I highly recommend them and will be sending everyone I know to these guys.

Had an issue where a window was accidentally broken on a tenants car. Rain was forecasted and while I was trying to figure out whose car it was they sent a guy out to get window covered. Great service, price, & communication. Grateful that they jumped on it and worked with me to get it replaced.
